An escape room is a physical adventure game in which players are placed in a themed room and must work together to solve puzzles, find hidden clues, and complete challenges within a set time limit (usually around 60 minutes) in order to "escape" the room or accomplish a specific objective. The game is designed to be immersive, often incorporating a storyline or scenario that players are part of, creating an engaging and interactive experience.

How many people can play the game?
We only offer private games. During your booked game it will only be you and your family and/or friends.
2 - 8 people can play the game.

We do not allow refunds of any kind. You can cancel your booking but you will not receive a refund. We do however, allow you to change the time and/or date of your booking up to two days ahead of your scheduled booking date and time. When the purchaser of a game agrees to our terms and conditions, they agree that there are no refunds. This insures that we properly staff our games and that you don’t take up spots that could be sold to another group of people. We often sell out days ahead of time and every week we turn away about 20-30 players because of this. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding our strictly enforced refund policy policy.
