NO cancellations or refunds of any kind. You may change the time and/or date of your booking up to 72 hours ahead of your scheduled booking date and time. When the purchaser of a game agrees to our terms and conditions, they agree that there are no cancellations. This insures that we properly staff our games and that you don’t take up spots that could be sold to another group of people. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding our strictly enforced cancellation policy.
